كيف يمكن عمل Backup للنظام ؟

عند أصابة الجهاز بفايروس أو تلف الهاردديسك أو عند تعطل النظام (للفيستا والأكس بي) يحتاج المرء الى طريقة لحفظ الملفات والصور المهمة على سيديات( Backup)...

فما هي الطريقة المثلى لذلك ؟

وهل هنالك برامج خاصة بذلك يمكن الأعتماد عليها متوافقة مع الفيستا والأكس بي... وما هو أفضلها ؟...مع الشرح إذا أمكن.
