somebody has stoln my e mail(hotmail) is there anyway to bring it back. it seems to be very easy because he did it more than one time and he used to send me the password to my other e mail but not this time

First of all be noticed that no one can that easily take your password as you said,unless that one has a control on your pc like using the same pc or has an online permission from you.
That happens if you dont use a good firewall to protect your identity or if you gave him a permission to mess up your pc

If that is true then go to the hotmil page and ask for a password recovery by your secret answer
If you had no secret question then i have no solution for you mate

that is called an offline access but online access can be done frm any place
